Publications for Purchase
The following publications are available for purchase on-line or through the BOMA San Francisco office. Payment is required before publication orders are processed. On-line orders will require a credit card. For mail orders, checks can be sent to or dropped off at our office, or payment may be made using Visa or MasterCard. Publications may be purchased on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The 2008 Experience Exchange Report (EER) is available directly from BOMA International. A reference copy is available in BOMA's Library, however, copywright laws forbid photocopying of any pages. To order your book or CD-ROM version, visit the BOMA International Online Store. In 2009, the EER will move entirely online, allowing you to access commercial office building income and expense data through a dynamic, Web-based platform. The new online EER will allow you to customize your search for data, export it to PDF and other user-friendly tools to make budgeting easy, and allow you to track trends. 2007 Compensation Survey
This report covers professional and administrative positions in commercial real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
