The Building Owners and Managers Association is the most influential professional organization representing the commercial real estate industry. Membership gives you the tools to ensure corporate and personal success. A member is defined as an employee of a dues paying entity.

Principal Building Membership Application
Principal Building Membership is available to any commercial property located within San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma and Marin Counties.
Building dues range from a minimum of $1180 to a maximum of $5834, as determined by a factor applied to net rentable square footage. For multiple buildings under the same ownership, the largest building is assessed the applicable dues rate; all others pay 50% of applicable rate but no less than the minimum dues of $1180.
2 representatives (a principal and alternate) are listed in our printed and on-line directories and receive all mailed membership information. Any employee of a dues paying company is considered a member, and may participate in the association as such, and may join the email event notification list by contacting. (To add an additional representative to the on-line and printed directories and be included on our postal mailing list, there is an additional yearly fee of $300.)

Associate Member Application
Associate Membership is available to firms or corporations providing products or services to the commercial building industry.
Associate dues are $1180.00 per year, plus a one-time initiation fee of $200. 2 representatives (a principal and alternate) are listed in our printed and on-line directories and receive all mailed membership information. Any employee of a dues paying company is considered a member, and may participate in the association as such, and may join the email event notification list by contacting. (To add an additional representative to the on-line and printed directories and be included on our postal mailing list, there is an additional yearly fee of $300.

Student Member Application
Student membership is available to persons actively enrolled in any of the professional designated courses offered by the Building and Managers Institute (BOMI).
Student dues are $105.00 per year for individuals enrolled in BOMI courses.
