The office is open to members and the general public Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Please feel free to come by during our business hours.

Resource Library
BOMA's resource library is open to members and non-members during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. The library contains copies of locally produced publications and those published by BOMA International and the BOMI Institute.  Resources include the current and past editions of the Experience and Exchange Report, BOMA International's annually published benchmarking data representing the office building industry.  Also on hand are a complete set of the course materials for the RPA (Real Property Administrator) and FMA (Facilities Maintenance Administrator) designation.  Additional publications available on hand include the 2007 BOMA San Francisco Compensation Survey.  Visit BOMA International's website for other publications available.

Parking
1 hour of validated parking is available in 345 California Street garage, courtesy of Cushman & Wakefield. The validation is available for meetings and appointments and may be obtained from the receptionist.
